Terms and Conditions
General Conditions of Use
1. We can only accept orders for delivery in the UK. For delivery anywhere else please contact us first.
2. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods or to cancel an order.
3. By placing an order on the website you are accepting our terms and conditions and offering to buy the goods at the price stated. A contract will only be formed once the offer has been accepted by dispatching the goods. Taking payment does not indicate acceptance of the offer.
Payment
1. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Delta cards, and must be received prior to delivery of the goods. Your card will be debited as soon as you place your order.
2. For your protection we use 3-D Secure as an additional level of security for online credit and debit card transactions.

4. All goods remain the property of Greenfield Software Ltd (trading as The Printer Store) until payment has been received in full.
5. All prices exclude VAT at the standard rate. All goods are subject to availability. If for whatever reason we cannot supply the goods we will immediately inform you and refund any money already paid.
6. The confirmation email sent on acceptance of an online order is acknowledgement of the receipt of the order and is not necessarily confirmation of the availability of the product.
Delivery
1. Free next working day delivery is offered for orders over £125 (excluding VAT) for mainland UK. For a list of our delivery costs go to our Delivery page.
2. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service but we will always do our best to ensure that goods arrive when we say.
3. Our latest order acceptance time for next working day delivery is 4:30pm.
4. Orders placed over the weekend will not be despatched until the next working day.
5. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option of waiting for delivery, choosing a replacement item, or cancelling the order and receiving a refund.
6. Please ensure that you have entered a complete shipping address. The address must include the street name and house number/name or unit number, town or city, and FULL postcode. Unfortunately any deliveries that are not received because they do not contain a complete address will not be subject to a refund or replacement.
Goods Damaged in Transit
1. In the unfortunate event of goods being damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
2. Before signing for any goods please inspect all items for any damage. If any items appear damaged you must make a note of this on the carrier’s paperwork or refuse to sign for the damaged item.
3. After notifying us we will arrange for collection of the damaged goods. Please ensure that they are in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse we will issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.
Faulty Goods
1. In the majority of cases faulty goods must be reported to the relevant manufacturer within 14 days, who will then either replace the goods or carry out a repair under the terms of the product warranty.

Returns
1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), if you change your mind and are a private customer (not applicable to business customers) you can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
2. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us in us in writing by emailing support@theprinterstore.co.uk. Our customer service team will then be able to issue a returns authorisation number (RMA). We will respond to your email within 1 working day.
3. On receipt of the RMA you must return all goods to us, complete and with their original packaging, within 14 days. The cost of returning the items is at your expense.
4. Any goods returned without prior authorisation will be rejected and returned to you at your cost so please contact us first.
5. A full refund will be given within 30 days. If you fail to return the goods after the refund has been given we can charge you the direct costs of recovery.
6. For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee of 20%.
We reserve the right to make changes to this site, disclaimers and terms and conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
